Delta 8 Capital is able to provide commercial loans in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and other Texas metro areas.
We can also lend in other states, on a per deal basis.

For commercial loans, we can lend from $100,000-3 Million.

On purchases, investors must have a minimum of 15% equity in the deal.
